At Elme Car Trades we bridge major automotive wholesale storage facilities in Germany, France, Belgium, and Italy with franchised dealers and car traders across Europe. Our proprietary system guarantees real-time VIES tax validation, fully insured car carrier logistics, and strict document closure including signed CMR, Certificate of Conformity (COC), and second keys.
We manage batch packages and single units across Europe’s leading automotive makes sourced from official compounds, corporate fleets, and insured ex-leasing contracts.
Instantly simulate the real landed cost of any vehicle sourced from Germany, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, or Italy with transparent breakdown of insured CMR international transport, CO₂ WLTP registration tax, COC/homologation, and handling.
At Elme Car Trades we handle every technical, fiscal, logistical, and documentary complexity of European wholesale trade. Our expert multidisciplinary team allows your business to focus purely on selling to your retail client base.
We locate exact vehicle configurations to meet your client demands: certified mileage, verified service books at official dealerships, specified registration years, and exclusive trim packages across Germany, France, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
We arrange direct compound collection via vetted international car carrier operators. Every shipment includes comprehensive all-risk transit insurance and milestone tracking: vehicle assigned, loaded at compound, in transit, and safely delivered to your premises.
We issue commercial invoices and proformas with zero-rate intra-community VAT under EU directives, preceded by automated real-time verification of your VAT identification number against the official European Commission VIES register.
We hold and verify all mandatory paperwork prior to authorizing final release: confirmed delivery on recipient-signed and stamped CMR consignment notes, original manufacturer COC, vehicle registration certificates, and verified 2nd keys.
We facilitate bulk volume acquisitions of young used vehicles from ex-leasing returns and corporate fleets, offering volume pricing discounts, coordinated parallel reservations, and consolidated settlement into a single official company account.
We automatically draft and generate all contractual agreements and commercial quotations in bilingual parallel layout: Spanish as the company’s corporate jurisdiction, paired with your local domestic language (French, German, Portuguese, or English).
